おやつSOS - 親子で学ぶおやつの選び方

おやつＳＯＳ「親子で学ぶおやつの選び方」このアプリは、「おやつについて楽しく知りながら、健康な食生活を学ぶ」ために作りました。◆おやつクイズの使い方レベル１（5歳児向け）から、レベル５（小学校高学年向け）まで、それぞれの年齢に合わせてクイズがあります。クイズを解きながら、おやつの中身や栄養の働きについて楽しく学びましょう！◆おやつゲームの使い方子供の年齢と性別に基づいて、おやつを食べる量は一日の食事摂取基準の１５％までに設定しました。ゲームで表示されるおやつの適正量は、おやつに入っている糖質（Ｓ）・油（Ｏ）・塩（Ｓ）の量で表示しています。注意：子供の活動レベルは「普通」を目安にしています。身体をよく動かす場合には食事摂取量は多くなります。・1回のゲームでおやつは8種類表示されます。・食べたいおやつを３つまで選び、おやつをタップして、食べたい量を決めます。・おやつを食べるごとに糖質・油・塩が体の中にどのくらい入ってくるかが一目でわかります。・食べすぎるとゲームオーバー。食べるのを止める時は「ごちそうさまボタン」を押すと終了します。・月曜日から始まり、日曜日までのおやつを選ぶことができます。ＳＯＳをとりすぎないように、おやつゲームを楽しみましょう！この教材はワクワク食育教室が平成28年度子どもゆめ基金（独立行政法人国立青少年教育機構）の助成金の交付を受けて制作しました。https://oyatsu-sos.jp/about/アプリ技術協力：株式会社TASKOSnack SOS "choice of snacks to learn in parent and child."This app, "while knowing fun for snack, learn healthy eating habits," I made it for.◆ how to use the snack quizFrom level 1 (for 5-year-olds), to level 5 (for elementary school), there is a quiz to suit your age.While solving a quiz, learn happily about the workings of the snack of contents and nutrition!◆ how to use the snack gameBased on the childs age and gender, the amount to eat a snack was set to up to 15% of the Dietary Reference Intakes of the day.Proper amount of snack that is displayed in the game is displayed in the amount of sugar contained in snack (S) · oil (O) · salt (S).Note: Childrens activity level is a guide to "normal".
